Dunes Real Estate Search Site

Faced with diminishing customer leads, and stiff competition in organic search, I lead a team that completely
overhauled the client’s existing website, to deliver a robust real estate search site, that provides users with an enhanced user experience, improved SEO, and increased lead generation through the website.

Dunes Marketing Group now has a site that not only has a real focus on driving buyers to view available properties, but also gives them the ability to quickly and easily update their site at any time.

Since going live, visitors to the site have increased by 60%, and new business leads have increased by 400%.

First Data SpendTrend Application

First Data is a global leader in electronic commerce and payment processing. Each month, they produce a printed report detailing retail transaction activity by region and industry. I was tasked with the design and development of a web-based application that would enable users to interact with that data in real time.

My team and I delivered a highly engaging application that runs in desktop browsers and enables multi-touch gesturing when viewed on an iPad. It boasts a powerful CMS that allows monthly updates to be made by simply pasting data from Excel.
